Inventus Receives Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service Recognition From kCura for Third Consecutive Year

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2014) - Inventus, LLC, a leading national discovery management practice to Fortune 1000 corporations, global law firms and government agencies, today announced that the company has received Orange-level Relativity Best in Service recognition from kCura for the third consecutive year.

Inventus first received this recognition in November 2012. The recognition is awarded to companies who, through a voluntary audit, demonstrate expertise and experience in hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates partners in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations and core Relativity certifications.

kCura has two designations for Best in Service: Orange and Blue. While both sets of partners are certified to provide a quality Relativity experience, Orange-level partners are recognized for making additional investments in people, process and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts -- all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.

"We are honored to receive this designation from kCura for the third year. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, technical expertise and knowledge to our clients -- and this recognition is about exactly those things," stated Trevor Campion, CEO of Inventus. "I am so proud of our team and recognize this as a major achievement, especially given the increased number and sizes of the databases we now support with the increasing sophistication of our clients' case requests."

"We enjoy working with Inventus and are excited to recognize their Orange-Level Best in Service status for a third year," said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "This designation demonstrates their commitment to providing quality customer service and an exceptional Relativity experience."
