EMERYVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - December 09, 2015) - Berkeley Research Group announced today that David A. Holley has joined the firm as a managing director in the firm's Global Investigations + Strategic Intelligence practice.

"We are delighted to welcome Dave to BRG," said BRG Chairman and Principal Executive Officer David J. Teece. "His investigative expertise adds yet more world-class talent to our global investigations team."

Holley has more than 25 years of investigative and risk consulting experience and frequently serves as a trusted advisor to corporations, law firms, financial institutions, audit committees, special committees of boards of directors, and their counsel.

Based in Boston, Holley's consulting practice spans diverse areas including regulatory investigations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-corruption investigations; OFAC and sanctions compliance investigations and consulting; Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering investigations; internal investigations involving fraud, employee, or third-party malfeasance; proxy and corporate control contests and advice; reputational due diligence; identification of potentially responsible parties in environmental contamination matters; and corporate governance and integrity advisory services. He draws on his decades of private-sector experience and investigative expertise to provide cutting-edge, pragmatic solutions to clients.

"Dave is among the most respected investigative professionals in the industry, and I am excited to be working with him again. We have an exceptional platform here that will allow him to continue solving his clients' most important business and legal issues," said Allen D.
