Both positions are new.
Thomas Carlson brings over 20 years of senior leadership and business development experience to Investment Metrics. He spent more than 17 years in Global Business Development with Morningstar, Inc., including nine years with Ibbotson Associates. Prior to Morningstar, Tom was a Senior Account Manager with The Alcar Group, Inc. Tom earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University.

Gerry Mintz is a senior operating executive and advisor with over 25 years' experience in financial technology. Gerry is currently the founder and Managing Partner of Percepta Partners, an Advisory firm focused on helping businesses develop and implement product/market growth strategies in the B2B information and enterprise software space. It was in the capacity of a strategic advisor that he first became engaged with Investment Metrics over a year ago. Prior to founding Percepta Partners in 2010, Gerry was CEO of PerTrac Financial Solutions, President of Gartner Executive Programs, CEO of Fame Information Services (acquired by SunGard Market Data Service); and held several divisional President roles at Reuters and Thomson Financial. Gerry earned both a PhD and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (Biomedical) from the University of Toronto.
