LAKE HARMONY, PA--(Marketwire - July 24, 2007) - Yesterday, Gemini Explorations Inc. (OTCBB: GXPI) confirmed that phase two deep channel sampling is in progress at the La Planada Gold Project. Gemini is exploring the cost benefits of purchasing its own drill, or hiring outside drilling contractors. Chief Geologist Carlos Alberto Vera of Minera Primecap Geological Services (MPGS) is directing his geological team as they target and prepare the drill pads at the La Planada Gold Camp. As reported on February 23, 2007, the Chief Geologist of MPGS estimated the La Planada Gold project to contain over 3 million ounces of gold representing a potential 2 billion dollar deposit with gold trading at $650 per ounce. President Michael Hill stated, "Our goal is to have the drilling program well underway in 2007 and prove up the La Planada Gold Project to be the multi-million ounce gold deposit that we believe it is."
