FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - August 23, 2007) - Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGR) announced today the 2nd Quarter financial results and filing of their 10Q.

Invicta's 2nd Quarter revenues increased over 1300% for same period 2006. Revenues were $718,364 for quarter ending June 30, 2007 versus revenues of $51,700 for June 30, 2006.

Invicta reported losses for the 2nd Quarter 2007 of $546,998 compared to the same period losses in 2006 totaling $125,460. The loss per share for 2007 is ($.008) compared to 2006 loss per share ($.025).

The company's 6 months revenues for 2007 were $913,576 vs. $76,761 in 2006.

Invicta's losses for the first 6 months of 2007 totaled $1,684,852 vs. six months 2006 losses of $288,951. The 2007 losses increased $962,561 when goodwill and interest costs were incurred for the March acquisition, the operating losses for 6 months is $722,291.
