Invicta Group Inc. Acquires EMarketing Company

Acquires 16 Million Email Addresses

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 21, 2006 -- Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGR) announced today the company has signed a Purchase Agreement to acquire IM Marketing, an EMarketing Company.

The company has committed to deliver over 16 Million Email addresses from past travelers. The company is also creating a new travel website for the upscale traveler that wants to add unique features of a travel package and receive the cost of the activity and opportunity to buy online. Match My Travel will allow Invicta to enter a new yet complimentary EMarketing solution that fosters long-term loyalty to sponsors. With this dual approach Invicta clients will be able to use Travel Hot Link for last-minute marketing of distress travel inventory as well as Match My Travel Needs to afford its clients the ability to promote longer-term customer management solutions.
