Invicta Group Inc. Announces Opening of New Co-Location Center

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - December 18, 2007) - Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVIT) announced today the company has added a new Co-Location site in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Co-Location is the practice of housing servers -- usually Web or telecommunications servers -- in secure, well-connected facilities. Strictly speaking, Co-Location applies to an arrangement in which the customer's owned servers are installed in the Co-Location of Invicta's premises, while the management of those servers remains in the hands of their owners. The Co-Location strategy also blends into arrangements where server management, or even full Web hosting and site management, is included in the mix. The Co-Location Center includes redundant high-speed Internet connectivity, uninterruptible power, climate control, fire suppression, disaster readiness and multi-layer security.

David Scott, IVIT Co-CEO, states, "This is a great asset for us to be able to have our own Co-Location facility, giving complete control of our servers and emailing software. Having a large number of IP addresses is very important for our business. We will be able to offer state-of-the-art computers and database management to many different types of businesses."
