Invicta Group Inc. Makes Changes to Escorted Tour Operator

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2007 -- Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGR) announced today the company has begun to implement changes to newly acquired tour operator Maupintour.

Invicta Management spent last week in Maupintour Las Vegas office evaluating the staff, the business and the synergies between Travel Hot Link and Maupintour. Management has made several changes including the business plan, phone system, and synchronizing the 10 Email sending servers to work with our other servers at Travel Hot Link.

Management has started a new marketing strategy to promote Maupintour escorted tours online to Maupintour's Email database of 525,000 potential customers and Travel Hot Link's Email database of 40 million travel enthusiasts.

Maupintour will create a new Holiday Brochure promoting escorted tours to 21 destinations for 2007 and deliver to the public by June 15th. The brochure will be added to the Maupintour website for online viewing and printing of tours.

Invicta's team of webmasters and graphic design staff has already made changes to the Maupintour website and will continue to update the image and the content.

Invicta plans to streamline the operation using the latest technology to deliver online the 3 Maupintour brochures, and introduce a booking engine for consumers to book their escorted tours online.

Maupintour will continue to offer upscale tours to 50 countries, averaging 14-night stays at five star hotels. The escorted tours are limited to 20-25 guests, and the independent tours are designed for those that want to travel and explore on their own; plus custom tours can be created for individuals or groups.
