The IOCircuit Announces Butler Investments Is Modernizing Oil Refinery Located in Angola

LAKE HARMONY, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 3, 2005 -- The IOCircuit recommends Butler Investments (OTC: BUIV), which has completed the initial phase of the engineering and feasibility study for the purchase of an Albany refinery for the government of Angola. The goal of modernizing the refinery will result in the increased capacity to produce 100,000 barrels per day. Butler agreed to the contract with Dunes Capital Ltd. To date, Butler has billed the project over $3,500,000.

Mr. David Lewis has been appointed by Dunes to head up this project, formerly of Occidental Petroleum. Dunes Oil Ltd is a private English company, with David Williams as the managing director and chief executive.
