iPass Appoints Three New Executives

New Hires Strengthen Company's Operations and Sales Globally

REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 16, 2015) - iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS), the world's largest commercial Wi-Fi network, has announced the appointment of three new executives. Rajani Kolli has been named vice president of operations, reporting to iPass president and CEO Gary Griffiths. In addition, reporting to Patricia Hume, iPass' Chief Commercial Officer, are Christine Braelow, vice president of sales, Americas, and Mato Petrusic, vice president of sales, EMEA & AP.

Rajani Kolli will drive iPass' overall network and cloud technology operations and strategy. He will be responsible for designing, building and operating the infrastructure that supports iPass' global Wi-Fi network of over 20 million hotspots. He joins the company with 18 years of experience in developing, deploying, managing and optimizing the delivery of cloud services from global data centers for some of the industry's leading companies, including Cisco and WebEx. Rajani has also served in a variety of technology and management positions at Saba Software, Siemens and KCP Sugar.

As vice president of sales, Americas, Braelow will be responsible for leading iPass' sales and solution engineering teams across North, Central and South America. She brings over 20 years of technology experience, having co-founded Lynx-Consulting, an Enterprise Resource Planning consulting firm. In her most recent role, she was a Client Partner executive for SAP America, where she supported and provided innovative solutions for high profile Silicon Valley customers.

As vice president of sales, EMEA and AP, Petrusic will be leading all sales and business development across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Most recently, he successfully led VMWare's General Business Sales & Partner Ecosystem Sales in Central EMEA. He has also served as VP of Sales at GFI Software in EMEA & APAC, and VP of Worldwide Distribution Sales, Alliances & Sales Operations for the SME Division at SAP AG, where he significantly contributed to the evolution and expansion of its Channels and Ecosystem.
