Bryan Campbell, Jeffrey Samples, and Natalie Bauer Have Joined Ipro as the Company Continues to Expand Its Focus on Client Service


PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Aug 22, 2013) - Ipro Tech, Inc., a worldwide leader in the design of e-Discovery software, today announced Bryan Campbell, Natalie Bauer, and Jeff Samples have joined the growing company in a variety of different capacities.

Joining Ipro as the Senior Product Director of early case assessment tool Allegro, Bryan Campbell has seven years of experience managing litigation technologies and service centers covering all stages of the EDRM model. Most recently, Bryan worked at Ernst & Young where he helped create their Mobile Data Center and develop a TAR offering. Bryan holds a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware's business school. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Member of Association of the Certified Fraud Examiners.

With over 20 years' program management and customer service experience in both the public and private sectors Natalie Bauer will be responsible for improving the company's client touch points and improving processes to enhance the Ipro client experience. Prior to joining Ipro Tech, Natalie held Program Manager and Asst. Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment positions at the W. P. Carey School of Business Executive MBA. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Purchasing, Logistics and Materials Management from Arizona State University and a Masters in Sociology in Ethnic Relations from the University of Bristol, England.

Jeff Samples will be joining Ipro as an Alliance Partner Manager, helping to onboard and drive the success of Ipro's vast network of Service Partners and Resellers as they meet the needs of their clients with Ipro solutions. Jeff has over 18 years of experience in the legal sector, including holding the position of National Director of Practice Support at an AmLaw 15 firm as well as COO of a national litigation service provider. An eDiscovery expert, Jeff has spoken at national industry conferences such as LegalTech, ILTA, and U.S. Court Reporters Conferences.
