Ipswitch, Inc. Expands Operations and Adds Research and Development Team to Its Massachusetts Headquarters

Expansion Comes on the Heels of Record-Breaking Year; Company Looks to Tap Technology Labor Market in Eastern Massachusetts to Fill 20 Newly Created Positions

LEXINGTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 10, 2007 -- Ipswitch, Inc., a leading developer of network management, secure file transfer and messaging solutions, today announced that it is expanding its Lexington headquarters facility with the addition of 20 research and development professionals. Ipswitch has signed with Normandy Real Estate Partners to take an additional 6,000 square feet of space at 10 Maguire Road, Lexington, Massachusetts in order to accommodate the new additions to its team.
