IQN Delivers Enhanced Customer Experience With New UI

Updated Interface Based on Input From Customers and Partners Provides Most Intuitive, Most Efficient User Experience in VMS Industry

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - April 29, 2016) - IQN, the leading independent provider of non-employee workforce management solutions, continues its release of new tools and product enhancements with the unveiling today of a new user interface (UI) that makes it even easier for users of all kinds to utilize IQN's vendor management services (VMS) platform and reap the benefits of its industry-leading functionality. This new UI is based on a design effort driven by input from customers and partners over the past few months about how to make IQN's platform easier to access, more intuitive for users who are new to VMS systems and more efficient for power users. This new UI is the latest in a series of major announcements that IQN has made about new and enhanced functionality such as IQN Intelligence, IQN Talent Pools, IQN Request for Talent, I-ON and more.

"One of the core parts of our corporate mission is to be the most customer-focused provider in the VMS industry, and this new UI is yet another example of our collaborative approach to working with our customers and partners in order to make their input central to our development priorities," said Brian Hoffmeyer, VP of Product Marketing at IQN.

"One key input we received from customers was that they are steadily increasing the number of VMS users as it becomes a central tool for total workforce management. That means that more and more people are using it, including people who are new to VMS platforms. We want that broader set of users comfortable and immediately successful when they start using the platform, and we want our customers to achieve the adoption and engagement objectives they have set internally, regardless of user experience. This new UI is a key way to achieve both of those."

The new UI will be available after 10 p.m. MT this evening after it was formally unveiled at the IQNsiders event, taking place April 27-29 in Washington, D.C. IQNsiders is one of the best attended and most dynamic industry events focused on workforce management best practices, including management of the rapidly growing non-employee workforce. Hosted by IQN, the three-day conference program includes presentations by experts in enterprise talent management who will share insights into how workforce strategies are evolving, how to utilize innovative technology to address those challenges, and how to create a world-class workforce management program that supports an organization's strategic business goals.

This year's event will feature a rare all-analyst panel session where the leading research firms in workforce management will debate hot topics and share valuable best practices. IQNsiders will also feature a closing keynote address by Seth Mattison, one of the most respected voices on the future of work, the evolving dynamics of the labor market, and new workforce strategies.
