IRC Unveils Small Cap Stock Newsletter

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - September 11, 2007) - The Investor Relations Company today announced the introduction of its micro and small cap stock focused newsletter, The Eisen Digest.

The newsletter follows small cap companies up to $2 billion in market value, including those that are clients of IRC. It highlights newsworthy information, and from time-to-time will feature thoughtful commentary by well-known small cap investment journalists.

Companies featured in the current IRC newsletter focused on community banks are Pulaski Financial (NASDAQ: PULB), Mercantile Bancorp (AMEX: MBR), Charter Financial (OTCBB: CHFN), and First California Financial Group (NASDAQ: FCAL), all current IRC clients.
