Iron Mountain Latin America Selects TIBCO Software to Support BPMO Services

(NASDAQ: TIBX) today announced Iron Mountain Latin America, a division of Iron Mountain Incorporated, a world leader in information management and Fortune 1000 company, has entered into an OEM agreement with TIBCO for software licenses to support its Business Process Management Outsourcing (BPMO) services for its Latin American operations.

The licensed software includes a full stack of TIBCO products for Integration, Service Oriented Architecture, Business Process Management, and Event Processing, as well as TIBCO Spotfire® to monitor and optimize services, and tibbr® to establish a social communication environment between team members, customers and TIBCO itself, for service delivery.
