Chang brings to more than a decade of customer success and sales experience. Before joining, Chang was director of inside sales and customer success for Seagate Technology's Cloud Systems and Solutions division, where she implemented and led innovative customer loyalty programs. There, she managed the customer lifecycle experience -- from new logo acquisition to post-sales customer care and upsell. Prior to this, she served in a variety of roles, including director of client services, where she built and operationalized Seagate's call center environments in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Salt Lake City. Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
