Chang will take the Iron.io commitment to "customer love" to a new level by creating and implementing initiatives to provide customers with an exemplary experience by integrating product development, sales, professional services, training and support into a cohesive program.

"In today's fast-moving, competitive technology market, customer success can be achieved only by proactively working with customers to understand their challenges, delivering products they need, and ensuring they remain satisfied as they implement, use and grow our solutions within their organizations," said Chad Arimura, CEO and co-founder of Iron.io. We welcome her to the Iron.io team and look forward to her developing the foundational processes and best practices to drive our customer success program."

Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

"For today's fast-moving, fast-growing companies, it's imperative to nurture our customer relationships and support their objectives to ensure we're an integral part of their growth strategy. Beyond developing products that meet our customers' needs, we can cultivate greater user adoption and stickiness by delivering on a rewarding customer experience, inclusive of onboarding, training and support services," Chang said.
