Is the Writing on the Wall for Rossi as Our Next Mayor?

Handwriting Analyst Says Candidate's Signature Reveals a Strongly Emotional, "Fast Thinker in a Hurry"

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 4, 2010) - Torontonians who rely on more than the just the polls or policy in choosing their next mayor may wish to take note of a handwriting analysis of the five major candidates in today's Globe and Mail.

Handwriting expert Mary Ann Matthews has analysed the curves, dips and flourishes of the five major candidates' signatures and says of Rocco Rossi's in particular:

"His emotions are felt with great intensity...conversation comes easily to him...he can express his opinions with ease and enjoys socializing...A fast thinker who is always in a hurry, Rocco Rossi may yet say something he will later regret."

Reached on the campaign trail, Rossi was flattered to think that so much good could be read into a simple signature.

And as for what the 6'4" mayoral candidate thought of the analyst's ominous last line?

"Luckily, the size of my feet has so far prevented them from being inserted in my mouth. I am sure it will happen before this is all over, however, and if someone happens to be there with a camera, I will sign the picture with great intensity."
