ISA-ATX Opens Additional Leadership Opportunities to Promote Expansion in 2015

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Aug 31, 2015) - As a marketing institution based on providing clients with a personalized approach to branding and customer acquisition, ISA-ATX has announced plans to double in size before January 1, 2016. The firm, which is already in forty five locations across the country, plans to develop managers from within the company in order to facilitate this growth. Matthew Tran, one of ISA-ATX's most prominent up-and-coming contenders, was recently promoted to the role of Market Manager in May and has been overseeing the growth of the Tulsa territory ever since.

In an article recently published by the Washington Post, entitled, "The Decline of American Entrepreneurship," J.D. Harrison reports that the amount of jobs in the United States has fallen drastically since 1990 and quotes Kauffman researchers who maintain that the recession has "dealt a permanent blow to Millennials' entrepreneurial potential." ISA-ATX seeks to rectify this growing problem through their in-house management training, which strives to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in career-focused employees like Tran. When asked about his experience with the company's in-house development, Tran asserted, "The support system is amazing. You could be the greatest mind in the world; but, if you don't have a support system, everything is going to collapse when you hit the first bump in the road. We expect people to have bad days, and we have plans to support the person so that they and the entire office can learn from the experience. Mistakes aren't bad things. They are learning opportunities. It's a glass half full culture, and it enables us to succeed as an individual and as a company as a whole."

When asked about the company's unprecedented growth in a stagnant economic environment, ISA-ATX's Operating Manager, Richard Randall, asserted that the company's top priorities are its clients and employees. Randall stated, "While most companies are cutting hours and paychecks, ISA-ATX is offering full-time employees the benefit of paid training, travel opportunities, and one-on-one career coaching in addition to their normal salary." Randall currently manages the employee development department at ISA-ATX and personally mentors individuals in areas such as client acquisition, business development, leadership, and communications. Location may also play a role in the company's success. Forbes recently listed Austin, TX as one of the Top 10 Cities for Employee Engagement in the United States, reporting 69.5% of employee engagement.

On August 17, 2015, both Randall and Tran had the opportunity to attend a national leadership conference to help them hone their skills as managers and mentors within the company. At the conference, each had the benefit of networking with marketing and leadership professionals across the nation. Tran, who attended the conference for the first time this year, shared his positive experience, stating, "It was a learning experience. No matter how much you think you know, there is always so much more that you can gain from everyone by being a sponge. That was my first time going, and I was blown away with how many people want to network with you regardless of your success level overall because everyone is doing things successfully in their own way. It is a platform that is unbelievable, and you are just walking out gasping for air because there is so much to take in. I was like a kid in a candy shop." ISA-ATX provides networking opportunities like these so that management can continue to learn and grow with the benefit of knowing what is effective in organizations other than their own.
