Isbre Enters Into Fourth Pennsylvania Distribution Agreement

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 19, 2006 -- Isbre Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ISBH) announced today that it has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Brewery Products Company for distribution of Isbre bottled Norwegian glacier spring water. The exclusive agreement covers York, Adams, Franklin and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania. Isbre earlier announced agreements with Gretz Beer Company, Penn Distributors, and Wilsbach Distributors covering the greater Philadelphia and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania areas and with NKS Distributors covering the State of Delaware. All of these wholesalers are part of the Anheuser-Busch distribution network.

Brewery Products Company has been under family ownership since 1965. Located in York, Pennsylvania, Brewery Products distributes Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, High Falls and Magic Hat products to approximately 500 retailers.

Isbre Holding Corp. is a producer, distributor and marketer of bottled water and bulk water. Isbre's water source is a glacier-fed spring located at the end of the Hardanger fjord on the west coast of Norway. Isbre holds the trademark right to put the logo "The World's Best Drinking Water"® on its labels. The company currently bottles its water in Norway and sells it in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Isbre is in the process of establishing a bottling facility in a port city in the Northeast United States.
