Isbre Enters Into Maryland Distribution Agreement

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 --Isbre Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ISBH) announced today that it has entered into an exclusive Distribution Agreement with Chesapeake Beverage Group for distribution of Isbre bottled Norwegian spring water. The agreement covers the State of Maryland. Isbre earlier announced agreements with Gretz Beer Company, Penn Distributors, Wilsbach Distributors and Brewery Products Company covering the greater Philadelphia, Harrisburg and York, Pennsylvania areas, with NKS Distributors covering the State of Delaware and with Capitol Beverage Group covering the District of Columbia. Chesapeake Beverage and Capitol Beverage are affiliates of NKS Distributors.

NKS Distributors, Inc. has been under family ownership since it was founded in 1950, according to President Christopher J. Tigani. With approximately 185 employees, NKS is a wholesaler for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Crown Imports, Boston Beer, Stella Artois, Bass Ale, Beck's Beer and other major brands. From its distribution center in New Castle, Delaware, NKS supplies product to over 1,000 retail accounts. Chesapeake Beverage Group services over 6,500 accounts in Maryland from its Baltimore warehouse and Capitol Beverage Group supplies over 2,000 District of Columbia customers. The primary brands carried by both companies include WL Deutsch, Dreyfus Ashby, Kermit Lynch, Joseph Drouhin and p.i.n.k. vodka.

Isbre Holding Corp. is a producer, distributor and marketer of bottled water and bulk water. Isbre's water source is a spring located in the glacier region at the end of the Hardanger fjord on the west coast of Norway. Isbre holds the trademark right to put the logo "The World's Best Drinking Water"® on its labels. The company currently bottles its water in Norway and sells it in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
