Isbre Enters Into New Jersey Distribution Agreement

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 8, 2007 -- Isbre Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ISBH) announced today that it has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Hunterdon Brewing Co. for distribution of Isbre bottled Norwegian spring water in the State of New Jersey. Isbre earlier announced distribution arrangements covering eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland and, most recently, Massachusetts.

Hunterdon Brewing Co. was founded by Mike Short and Dave Masterson in 1996. With more than 1,500 accounts, Hunterdon has grown to become New Jersey's leading craft beer wholesaler. From its headquarters in Phillipsburg, Hunterdon supplies such quality beers as Chimay and Dogfish Head, as well as wines from Toad Hollow Vineyards, throughout the State of New Jersey. Last year, Hunterdon announced its partnership with the L. Knife Companies. L. Knife is Isbre's exclusive distributor in the Commonweath of Massachusetts. Isbre is the first non-alcoholic product taken on by Hunterdon.

Isbre Holding Corp. is a producer, distributor and marketer of bottled water and bulk water. Isbre's water source is a spring located in the glacier region at the end of the Hardanger fjord on the west coast of Norway. Isbre holds the trademark right to put the logo "The World's Best Drinking Water"® on its labels. The company currently bottles its water in Norway and sells it in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Isbre is in the process of establishing a bottling facility in a port city in the Northeast United States.
