Isbre Makes Executive Changes

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 1, 2007 -- Isbre Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ISBH) announced today that supermarket executive William A. Louttit has joined the Norwegian glacier spring water company as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Bill Louttit began his retail career as a part-time clerk in a Grand Union supermarket and rose to become Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Grand Union Company. He also served on Grand Union's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Mr. Louttit was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Northeast group of the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, encompassing Metro A&P, Waldbaums, Super Fresh and Food Emporium stores.

Isbre also announced that co-founder Bjorn V. Seljevold has stepped down from his responsibilities as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Seljevold, who has returned to Norway to pursue business opportunities there, will continue to serve on Isbre's Board of Directors.

Isbre Holding Corp. is a producer, distributor and marketer of bottled water and bulk water. Isbre's water source is a sub-glacier spring located at the end of the Hardanger fjord on the west coast of Norway. Isbre holds the trademark right to put the logo "The World's Best Drinking Water"® on its labels. The company currently bottles its water at its Norway source and sells it in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Isbre is in the process of establishing a bottling facility in a port city in the Northeast United States. The company will ship its water in tanker ships directly from its spring in Norway to the U.S. bottling facility.
