Ise Blu Equity Corp. Takes Steps for New Direction

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - September 12, 2007) - Ise Blu Equity Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ISBL) continues with its new direction as its Search Committee begins the task for the search of its new President.

The committee will consist of Doctor Dre, Jana Collin and other interested parties.

The task is to locate a new President with Entertainment and New Media experience. The committee will meet over the next 2 weeks and confirm the criteria as it moves forward for Mr. Birmingham's successor.

Once a new President is hired, then a plan will be initiated for the search of a CEO with a strong Public Company background.

The new regime intends an extremely aggressive public relations campaign for its subsidiaries and a more open policy with regard to the shareholders. The public relations campaign will be operated by a company subsidiary and will not cause dilution through paying outside firm in stock.

Doctor Dre brings the Entertainment Experience and Jana Collins has Public Relations experience and the plans mentioned are a Blog site and Shareholder Newsletter.

The company accepted Mr. Birmingham's resignation earlier this month and thanked him for his service, as his last day is September 15, 2007. The company recognizes that it was a difficult time with the turbulence of the markets and the difficult task of ISBL with the many changes in direction and now feel that they are focused on the Entertainment / New Media direction.

The company expects to have the new committees and management in place by October 1, 2007.
