ISee3D Inc. Purchases Technology & Applies for
Transition to the TSX Venture Exchange

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 22, 2005) - Stephane Le
Bouyonnec, Executive Chairman of ISee3D Inc. (the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:ICG.H) is pleased to announce the Company has entered into an
Asset Purchase Agreement with 9071-0344 Quebec Inc. whereby ISee3D
purchased UltraHub technology from the vendor for common shares of
ISee3D Inc. Marc Lachapelle, the vendor's principal, joined the ISee3D
management team as its CTO early last week.

ISee3D is also very pleased to announce that it has filed for transition
(the "Transition") to become a Tier 2 issuer on the TSX Venture
Exchange. The Transition is hoped to be contemporaneous with ISee3D's
upcoming Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for Friday May 6th,
2005, at 11 a.m. in the forenoon at the Intercontinental Hotel in
Montreal.

"The UltraHub will be used to leverage our existing state-of-the-art
technology by providing us with practicality that we expect will be
attractive to the mainstream market" said Mr. Le Bouyonnec. "UltraHub is
a key piece of the puzzle; these are exciting times" echoed Morden C.

The Asset Purchase Agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
