VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2011) - ISES Vancouver, one of 38 chapters of the ISES society founded in 1987, is thrilled to announce industry leader ANDREA MICHAELS as the guest speaker for January's ISES Event. The much-anticipated evening, taking place this Wednesday, January 19, aims to inspire leading industry ideas and practices through such an esteemed presenter. This year's event lineup has also featured Ian Woodall, inspirational keynote speaker who has climbed Mt. Everest from both its north and south sides. ISES Vancouver plans to continue to raise the bar by bringing the very best in leadership, education, and entertainment to its membership base.

Andrea Michaels, an international event producer, is the President/Founder of Extraordinary Events and winner of 50 special event gala awards. She is the first inductee into the Special Event Industry Hall of Fame and winner of both the SITE Crystal and MPI Global Paragon Awards. Andrea has planned and produced events since 1973; expanding from local Los Angeles based events to a dominant international presence. Andrea is also a published author, with her latest release being her recently published memoir: "Reflections of a Successful Wallflower; Lessons in Business, Lessons in Life".
