ISES Vancouver: The Tao of Everest!

ISES Vancouver presents Ian Woodall to share the gentle art of personal inspiration and practical leadership...

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 11, 2010) - ISES Vancouver, one of 38 chapters of the ISES society founded in 1987, aims to raise the professional business practices and ethical conduct of its members. ISES Vancouver emphasizes on the importance of membership as it brings together professionals from a variety of special event backgrounds including: caterers, meeting planners, decorators, event planners, audio visual technicians, graphic designers and many other professions. Their mission is to educate, advance, support and promote the special events industry and its network of professionals along with related industries.

This November, ISES Vancouver is thrilled to announce a unique breakfast event with inspirational leader and keynote speaker Ian Woodall. Known as a totally unique keynote address, Woodall shares experiences of climbing the highest mountain and shows his audience how to apply leadership, problem solving, and personal development skills. The key concepts Woodall will present are the three insights to successful leadership, why trust is a leadership necessity, and how integrity forms the foundation of all leadership.

"Ian is one of a select few who have climbed Mt. Everest from both its north and south sides," explains Kathie Madden, ISES Vancouver President. "This clearly demonstrates an inspirational leadership skill set and it's an honour and a privilege for ISES Vancouver to share Woodall's experience with our valued membership base. We plan to continue providing such valuable programs to our members."
