ISI Telemanagement Solutions Announces Plans for Cisco Live 2012

ISI Exhibiting With VOSS Solutions in Booth #538; Will Also Announce Launch of Voice & Video Recording Solution

SCHAUMBURG, IL--(Marketwire - May 31, 2012) - ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of comprehensive cost management solutions for voice, data, wireless and Unified Communications (UC), today announced they will be exhibiting at the upcoming Cisco Live 2012 conference to be held in San Diego, June 11-14, 2012. ISI will be exhibiting with VOSS Solutions, a collaboration service fulfillment provider, in booth #538.

At Cisco Live, ISI and VOSS will showcase their most recent collaboration, a UC Business Analytics Solution (UC-BAS), which provides the next stage in the evolution of UC fulfillment and telecom expense management, delivering integrated UC business analytics for enterprises to achieve greater efficiencies with UC applications and mobile devices.

"We are excited to be exhibiting with VOSS at Cisco Live. UC-BAS is the only integrated solution of its kind that enables customers to manage the deployment of UC applications and devices while providing reporting and analytics on the usage of those applications and devices," said David Dishek, UC Practice Leader for ISI. Mr. Dishek continued, "The customer response to our solution has been very positive. It confirms our belief that integration between UC fulfillment and telecom expense management is crucial to the future success of UC environments."

ISI will also be announcing the launch of their Voice & Video Recording solution at Cisco Live 2012. Once integrated with ISI's Infortel® Select Call Reporting & Analytics solution, customers will be able to search for and identify specific calls or call types (e.g., all Customer Service calls over 15 minutes or, all calls to 911) and click on an icon taking them to a recording of the transaction. The recording can contain voice, video and agent screen capture.

Additionally, ISI will soon be offering Device Level Reporting capabilities within its Infortel® Select platform. A Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) user may have two, three, or even four devices used for communications. Companies have initiatives to rollout full mobility to their workforce with corporate issued devices or employee personal devices (BYOD). During the rollout period and beyond, companies need a way of determining who is using which devices and how they impact the network. Infortel® Select provides a detailed report of all activity while indicating which device was used. This provides numerous benefits including documentation, productivity reporting, as well as tracking misuse and abuse.

Companies' mobility initiatives may include rolling out unified communications features on various devices. In addition to hard phones on their desks, users may have Jabber clients for iPhones, Android phones, and tablets. It is important to measure usage across different device types so managers can determine whether the amount of usage on a given device is as expected. Infortel® Select can determine exactly how many minutes were used on Jabber clients.
