ISI Telemanagement Solutions Announces Upgrades for Infortel® Select Version 8.0

Adds Improved Business Intelligence Reports & Cisco CallManager Express Alarms; Enables Users to Monitor Employee Activity & Increase Revenues

SCHAUMBURG, IL--(Marketwire - September 29, 2009) - ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of comprehensive Telecom Expense Management solutions for voice, data, wireless and unified communications, announced the release of upgrades for their award-winning Infortel® Select Telecom Call Accounting product. This latest release brings a number of significant enhancements to the product that propels ISI beyond basic call accounting. Notable new features include three Business Intelligence Reports, as well as an International Call Pricing Enhancement and updated applications that will enable users to significantly improve customer service and decrease Telecom spending.
