iSIGN Media Announces a Sales Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 8, 2014) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, is pleased to announce a corporate update.

Graphic Media, Inc.'s ("Graphic") reseller in Mexico, Blue Beat arranged for a recently completed two month trial installation in three Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar ("Applebee's") locations in Monterey, Mexico. Applebee's is a major restaurant chain based in the United States and 15 other countries with approximately 2,000 locations in the United States alone.

This installation averaged an 18 to 20% positive response to messages sent by our Smart Antennas. In addition, the installations identified over 1,000 mobile devices per day during the trial. During the trial period, the Smart Antennas were used to send messages specific to each Applebee's location, as well as third party advertising.

The trial has been deemed a success by the client. Currently all seven of the Applebee's locations in Monterey are being networked and a contract is being drawn up by Blue Beat that will result in recurring monthly revenue.

Blue Beat is currently in preliminary negotiations with a 1,200 location pharmaceutical chain located in Mexico. Negotiations will involve all parties, including Graphic and iSIGN.

Graphic has concluded negotiations for a pilot installation in 39 locations in Georgia of a large Quick Service Restaurant ("QSR") chain. iSIGN's Smart Antennas will be installed by our partner Keyser Retail Solutions ("Keyser"), with installations scheduled to commence in mid-October.

Graphic has concluded negotiations for a pilot installation in 7 Indianapolis locations of a major QSR chain. Installations have been completed and the pilot period will run to December 31, 2014.

As previously announced by Graphic on August 20, 2014, Graphic and their sales arm, Engage Mobile Media Solutions ("Engage") are in the process of raising funds to finance the expansion of the National Mobile Network ("NMN"), with the funds to be used for the acquisition of hardware, marketing material and general working capital. Graphic is pleased to announce that their financing efforts are on plan and progressing satisfactorily.

iSIGN has been selected and invited by the U.S. Commercial Service of the U.S. Embassy in Canada to join their Canadian delegation at the 2015 International CES trade show in Las Vegas from January 6 - 9, 2015. The show features more than 3,500 exhibitors and 150,000 industry professionals, including more than 35,000 international attendees and showcases the latest and most innovative consumer technology products and services.

Beta testing of iSIGN's Chameleon content management software by our partner Keyser, will be commencing as scheduled on October 13, 2014. This software will manage the content that is shown on digital signage at drive through kiosks.

iSIGN has finalized a reseller agreement with a European based company to act as a reseller in parts of Europe. Details will be released upon receipt of the signed documents.

iSIGN's expectations are that cash requirements for the near future will be met by cash payments from clients and purchase orders from Graphic in order to avoid significant dilution.
