iSIGN Media Announces the Close of a Non-Brokered Private Placement of $19,600

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 3, 2014) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD) (OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, today announced that it has closed a private placement ("placement"), raising gross proceeds of $19,600.

The Company completed the placement by issuing 108,888 common shares at a price of $0.18 per share. All securities are subject to a four month hold period.

The proceeds will be used for operations.
