iSIGN Media and Dynamic Digital Announce Signing of Final Agreements on National Mobile Network Expansion to 10,000 locations

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 13, 2015) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves brands, commercial locations, retailers and service providers throughout North America have finalized agreements with Dynamic Digital Strategic Solutions, LLC ("DDSS) to confirm the terms of advertising revenue sharing as plans continue to expand the National Mobile Network to 10,000 locations.

iSIGN's recent acquisition from Graphic Media, Inc. ("Graphic"), and Engage Mobile Media Solutions' of their proximity marketing assets, has allowed the Company more direct access to and interaction with both resellers and advertisers, which, in the Company's opinion will allow for a speedier installation into locations and signing of advertising for the resulting network.

A case in point is the recent reactivation of Dynamic Digital Strategic Solutions, LLC ("DDSS"), who were initially signed as an iSIGN reseller in February 2014. Immediately after the initial announcement of the agreement in principle to acquire Graphic, DDSS came to the Company with several prospective contract discussions for iSIGN technology.

As iSIGN is now the sole point of contact for resellers, iSIGN has been able to work more closely with its resellers as evidenced by the recent finalization of an initial 2,000 location installation, as outlined in our press release of July 9, 2015, an installation that, based upon the current number of projected advertisers, would generate revenue to iSIGN of $485,000 US per month or $5.8 million US in a 12 month period.
