iSIGN Media and POS Canada Announce the Launch of the PDAQ at the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association Trade Show

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 24, 2014) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, is pleased to announce that they and POS Canada ("POS") will be attending the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association Trade Show, being held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada between March 2 and 4, 2014, and can be found at booth 2400.

iSIGN and POS will be presenting their Point of Sales Data Acquisition ("PDAQ") solution that provides companies in the hospitality channel as well as other retailers, the ability to analyze customer purchases and tie those purchases with marketing initiatives. The PDAQ solution, involving iSIGN's Smart Antenna and eventually the Smart Player combined with POS' equipment allows companies to close the loop between mobile messaging and related purchases, all in real time.

PDAQ's flexible approach to interfacing with point-of-sale systems allows for a negligible impact on the end users' IT systems solution. The PDAQ solution allows purchase data to be gathered from either the individual point-of-sale device within the retail environment or from centralized point-of-sale servers and relates the purchase data with the data gathered by iSIGN's mobile broadcasting devices.

After collecting the transactional data, the PDAQ utilizes its best in class business intelligence techniques and tools to report on the data. This supports the analysis of consumer baskets and helps retailers determine trends such as what products sell best at specific times of day; what products sell in combination with others, etc.

In addition, the PDAQ supports the collection of crowd statistics, by measuring discoverable consumer Bluetooth devices and watching discovery trends such as discovered devices at the time of day, or discoverable devices within specific retail departments or areas. iSIGN's accuracy for consumer discovery can be as small as plus/minus 30 feet. This data can be correlated with transactional data from point-of-sale and mobile systems and to analyse the influence of crowd size and location on general consumer purchasing, product category or actual product purchases.

iSIGN and POS Canada look forward to introducing and promoting this timely and unique solution to the estimated 11,000 attendees and exhibitors at the tradeshow.
