iSIGN and Pinpoint Media Commence Loading IMS Software Into the Mac's/Couche-Tard Chain and Initially Forecasts 4 Million Registered Users Monthly to Receive Mobile Ads and Coupons

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 8, 2011) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company")(TSX VENTURE:ISD) is pleased to announce that it has delivered the initial shipment of its Interactive Marketing Solution ("IMS") and Business Intelligence ("BI") 3.0 software and Transceivers to its distributor, BlueStar Inc. ("BlueStar"), who will be arranging the full installation and servicing of Pinpoint Media Group Inc.'s ("Pinpoint") digital signage network that make up the Mac's/Couche-Tard convenience store chain in the province of Quebec.

Once the initial Transceiver installation and software downloads are finalized, a total of approximately 545 additional software installations in the Quebec chain of 545 stores will be completed. Installations will then roll out into the balance of Pinpoint's digital signage network in the Mac's/Couche-Tard stores in Ontario and Western Canada. Including the installations in the province of Quebec, a minimum total of approximately 2,800 licensed software solutions will be installed across Canada.

Pinpoint's digital network within the Mac's/Couche-Tard chain consists of up to 5,600 digital signs/faces across Canada. This makes Pinpoint's network the largest single digital signage network in Canada and the third or fourth largest in North America, with 1.5 million daily customers in Pinpoint enabled locations. The enhancement of this network with iSIGN's unique software and the addition of the new AOpen digital media players/engines as required will result in an increased profile with advertisers and advertising agencies, resulting in increased revenues.

iSIGN expects that a minimum of 10% of this customer base, approximately 4.0 million customers monthly, will be unique registered users, accepting advertising, coupons, video and other rich media format downloads from our embedded IMS and BI solution software within the Pinpoint network, allowing our BI software to gather information on the transactions generated. iSIGN will also be introducing exclusive and unique applications for loyalty programs.

Pinpoint's digital network is in the process of being upgraded to AOpen media players, embedded with iSIGN's IMS and BI software, resulting in a faster and easier activation of our software by the end users, thus increasing marketing delivery and BI capture.

The participating partners all agree that upon completion of this installation, it will be the first and largest advertising/business intelligence gathering digital signage network in North America, capable of delivering millions of messages while capturing interactive shopper and subscriber preferences.
