iSIGN Reveals Integration of Mobile Interaction Data with Data Gathered from Point-of-Sale in Proximity

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 4, 2013) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD) (OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, is pleased to announce that it has collaborated with Max Capital Group ("Max Capital") to license its Point-of-Sale ("POS") cashier solution that captures POS transactions in any installation and allows for the integration of POS data with data gathered by iSIGN's Smart Antennas and Smart Players from mobile devices in proximity.

This solution, called a Real Time Analytics Appliance ("RTA"), is a plug and play device that requires no integration into a client's information (IT) systems. It was designed by Max Capital in Canada and is built in the United States by AOpen America Inc., also an iSIGN partner. The RTA device enables Max Capital's web portal software solution entitled StoreIQ™ to read and interpret the data transmitted by the RTA and results in the capturing and processing of real time transactional insights while delivering marketing relationships between messaging and purchase (redemption).

The integration of the RTA, a product already installed and proven in the Canadian marketplace, with iSIGN's products - Smart Antenna, Smart Player and Bluetooth® antenna, allows for programmatic initiatives; advertising campaigns that utilize customers' purchases to trigger specific ads and provides 100% visibility into conversion rates. In addition, the integration of iSIGN's antennas with the RTA and StoreIQ™ can measure sales lift and evaluate advertising performances in real time while allowing for the re-targeting of an advertising campaign on the fly. Advertisers, brands and their agencies will now be able to create marketing campaigns that are highly targeted based upon transactional histories and trends.
