iSIGN's Exclusive Distributor Graphic Media Provides an Update on the Expansion of the National Mobile Network and Related Revenue Forecast

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 15, 2014) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, is pleased to provide an update provided by its exclusive master distributor for the Americas, Graphic Media, Inc. ("Graphic") and their advertising sales arm, Engage Mobile Media Solutions, LLC ("Engage") on their National Mobile Network ("NMN").

Graphic and Engage had previously announced on November 3, 2014, that they expected to publicize a major expansion into 2,000 locations in the top 15 markets in the United States. Graphic and Engage are pleased to announced that in conjunction with The Convenience Network ("TCN"), they are in the final stage of negotiations with a major national gas station chain for approximately 1,000 locations and 2,000 members of a large national trade association of convenience stores. This expansion is expected to reach over 37 million smart phones per day while offering advertisers and brands unprecedented advertising value combined with real time anonymous data gathering and performance metrics.

Engage is actively signing major national advertisers for the network and currently has agreements in place with four national brands to advertise on the full network.

Installation into The Golden Pantry Food Stores ("Golden"), a 38 store network located in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area is continuing. Installations into the entire TCN network of 300 convenience stores throughout the eastern United States will be fully completed in early calendar 2015.

The revenue from installation into these locations will be driven by the one-time purchase of the Smart Antennas, estimated at $1.5 million; on-going monthly licensing/broadcasting fees, estimated at $3.3 million per year, based on full installation of the 3,000 Smart Antennas and the sale of advertising, accurate projections of which are not available for release at this point. Revenues generated from the sale of the Smart Antennas and the monthly licensing/broadcasting fees, are shared between Graphic and iSIGN as governed by the distribution agreement between the two companies, while the advertising revenue is shared between Engage and Graphic.
