Isolagen Inc.'s Nicholas L. Teti Joins Phoenix House Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 23, 2007 -- Nicholas L. Teti, Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Isolagen Incorporated, has joined the board of directors of Phoenix Houses of California, the state's leading non-profit substance abuse services organization.

Teti oversees the operations of Isolagen, a biotechnology company that specializes in the development and commercialization of its proprietary autologous cellar (ACSD) therapies. Teti has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceuticals industries, having spent nearly six years as president and chief executive officer of Inamed and 25 years at Dupont Pharmaceuticals and Dupont Merck, holding various senior management positions, including his last position as president and chief executive officer of Dupont Pharmaceuticals.
