ISR Hires Jay Parker as Vice President of Government Business Development

Industry Veteran Has More Than 35 Years of Government and Technology Experience

LIBERTY LAKE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 22, 2006 -- ISR, the maker of SprayCool™ technology and products, today announced that Jay P. Parker has joined the company as vice president of government business development.

In this role, Parker will be responsible for growing ISR's government business, which provides military agencies with innovative SprayCool technology to solve thermal issues in mission critical electronic systems.

Parker previously worked with Hughes/Raytheon, where he led several advanced Command and Control and ship programs, including the LPD-17, an amphibious warfare ship. Parker also spent 10 years as a Naval Flight Officer, which included a tour of duty in Vietnam, and served as the director of the Lead Systems Integrator program for L-3 Communications Titan, a leading provider of comprehensive information and communications products, solutions, and services for national security.

Parker will be based out of ISR's headquarters in Liberty Lake, Wash.
