ITA Strengthens Board of Directors with New Leadership

Addition of influential executives supports ITA's mission of scaling the local tech community

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - August 29, 2017) - The Illinois Technology Association (ITA) today announced the addition of six new members to its Board of Directors and the appointment of Jeremie Bacon, CEO, Synap as vice-chair of the organization. The new appointments bolster ITA's commitment to helping local tech companies scale by adding additional expertise and depth on how to grow and expand tech businesses.

"It's important for us to continuously evolve our leadership," said ITA CEO Julia Kanouse. "Each of these new board members bring a unique perspective on how ITA can continue to grow and evolve our programs and services to better meet member needs and, by extension, grow the Chicago technology industry."
