iTalk, Inc. Subsidiary Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Jul 21, 2016) - iTalk, Inc. (OTCBB: TALK) ("iTalk") today announced that United Mobile Solutions, LLC ("UMS LLC"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of iTalk, has filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, to enhance liquidity while it reorganizes.
