iTalk Initiates iPod Touch 5th Generation Sleeve Design -- Advanced 3D Printer Prototyping Commissioned

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2013) - iTalk Inc. (OTCQB: TALK) ("iTalk" or the "Company"), a global provider of advanced communications and mobile broadband services, is pleased to announce that it has initiated design of a new iTalk iPod Sleeve for 5th generation iPods.

"The most recent 5th generation of the Apple iPod touch was a giant step forward for the already powerful touchscreen-based media player and pocket computer platform that incorporates many new improvements including a larger 4-inch screen, IPS display, support for recording HD 1080p video and panoramic still photos, an LED flash, Apple's faster A5 chip, and support for Siri voice commands," stated David F. Levy, Chief Executive Officer of iTalk Inc. "With the help of the latest cutting edge 3D printing technology, we will be able to accelerate the design process of our updated iTalk iPod Sleeve for 5th generation iPods and create initial prototypes faster and more precisely than ever before. This will significantly reduce the time-to-market for the new Sleeve."

The iTalk iPod Sleeve simply and seamlessly snaps onto an Apple iPod touch to create a powerful low cost smartphone. When combined with the latest iTalkMobile app and aggressively priced iTalk calling plans, the iTalk iPod Sleeve provides consumers with a "No Contract" alternative to traditional cellular service and allows the approximately 100 million users that have recently purchased an iPod touch to make and receive calls like any other smartphone, browse the web, and utilize all of the available Apple iTunes Apps Store apps while on the go.

The Company anticipates completion of design and prototyping during the next 2-3 weeks.
