ITC Closes US$2 Million Private Label Business with Sears U.S.A.

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 6, 2005) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC") (TSX VENTURE:ITI), announced today it will provide Sears U.S.A. with its own private label brand of MP3 players, the IMP-90 powered by MPIO.

Sears has purchased 50,000 IMP-90 MP3 players from ITC for an approximate value of US$2,000,000. The new private label brand, "iBulldog" has a delivery date set for the end of October in time for the store's Black Friday and Christmas holiday promotions. The player contains all the functionality and style of the popular MPIO line and will be available in colors red and silver. Also, unlike other MP3 products on the market, the IMP-90 comes complete with dual headphone jacks allowing two people to enjoy the entertainment simultaneously.

The iBulldog player features 256MB to 512MB of internal high capacity flash memory, is compact in size weighing 25 grams, includes a color display light for easy scrolling, a voice recorder and has 20 hours of play time, running on only one AAA battery.

In addition to the iBulldog IMP-90 order, ITC is providing Sears with the fashionable MPIO FY500 in colors silver, pink and light blue. The FY500 is a chic digital music player with an eye-catching metallic design that includes the same features as the IMP-90 plus a FM radio tuner.

"This is just the beginning of our private label sales", stated Michael Uhm, ITC's President and CEO. "Private label business is rapidly growing for manufacturers and retailers with benefits passed along to the consumer by way of attractive price points without sacrificing brand name quality. We will continue to focus on creating value-added products and anticipate a significant portion of our revenues will come from this new area of business in the future."

Research firm, ACNielsen polled consumers in 38 different markets around the globe and found that consumer perceptions on private label brands are extremely favorable with 72% of North American consumers considering private label quality to be "as good as the big brands."
