ITC Launches New CCTV Line at International Security Tradeshow

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 8, 2005) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC") (TSX VENTURE:ITI), announced today the company will be participating at the ASIS International tradeshow ( in Orlando, Florida on September 12 -14. The ASIS show is the largest in the world dedicated to the security industry and is host to more than 19,000 security professionals.

ITC will be launching its latest model of "Close Circuit Television" (CCTV) liquid crystal display (LCD) products under its popular HTC brand name. There will be two distinct grades of CCTV: standard and high performance. Product specifications are available at

ITC announced last year that it had acquired the rights from manufacturing partner, Hansol Korea to distribute its industrial monitors exclusively to the North American marketplace. Since then, orders have increased three-fold over 2004. In addition to its security equipment, ITC will also introduce its newly launched Digital Home Multimedia Centre (DHMC), the world's first MPEG-4 PVR/DVR to the United States market.

"We are pleased to be voted by our customers as one of the top security surveillance display suppliers at ADI Corporation and the #1 independent dealer at TriEd Distribution," said Billy Tseng, Vice President of ITC's U.S. subsidiary. He added, "The ASIS show will give us the opportunity to showcase our new product lines and make valuable connections with security, government and other potential customers from around the world."

The requirement to implement an integrated and global approach to enterprise security is rising as trends in the security industry challenge companies to become more strategic and cost-effective in their approach to protecting their people, products and information. Advances in technology, growing global markets, new regulatory requirements, and tighter budgets are all factors that affect decisions made by security professionals today.

ITC is at the forefront of this change and has the ability to adapt quickly, providing its customers with the products that they need to compete and meet their security objectives.

The industry continues to expand and evolve with buyers seeking to replace their old CRT equipment with LCD technology. Aggregate demand for electronic security products and systems is projected to grow 8.7 percent per year through 2008 to $15.5 billion.
