ITC MP3 Players on Wal-Mart Shelves for Busy Holiday Season

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 4, 2007) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:ITI) is pleased to announce that further to the release made on December 12, 2006, regarding its new unnamed retail account, ITC has entered into a supplier relationship with number one retailer, Wal-Mart Canada.

ITC's portable audio products hit the shelves of Wal-Mart stores across the country in time for the busiest shopping period of the year - Boxing Week. Wal-Mart is now selling ITC's popular MP3 players that are feature rich, maintain the "coolness" factor associated with top selling audio players and are affordable, even for the entry level buyer.

"We are very pleased to be chosen as a Wal-Mart partner and will deliver innovative products, attractive margins and the highest level of customer service to them," said Michael Uhm, President and CEO. He continued, "Wal-Mart is known for offering consumer goods at the most competitive price points. We anticipate greater brand recognition and sales of our MPIO products through this developing relationship and have already received larger orders than expected for the busy Christmas season."

Wal-Mart Canada did nearly $11 billion in business with more than 7,000 Canadian suppliers in 2005; and has invested approximately $3 billion building new Canadian stores.

ITC's account roster now includes the largest retail chains in Canada such as Future Shop, Best Buy, The Source By Circuit City and most recently Wal-Mart.
