ITC's Receives Orders in Excess of $500,000 from A&B Sound for LCD TV Line

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 10, 2005) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC") (TSX VENTURE:ITI), announced today that it will begin selling its DiBOSS liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions to A&B Sound, a pioneer in Canadian consumer electronics. The order is in excess of CDN$500,000 which shows a rapid increase in demand for flat screen technology.

A&B Sound has been supplying Canadians with the latest in consumer electronics since 1959. With over 20 stores in Western Canada, the chain specializes in top quality products from recognized brands in electronics, music, movies and more. A&B Sound was recently acquired by PC manufacturer, Seanix Technology.

ITC's new product line of DiBOSS flat screen televisions have been widely recognized as the LCD TV manufacturer with its own unique technology that has seen its global market share rise significantly over the past few years.

"We are excited to provide A&B Sound with our DiBOSS products as they meet the growing demand for high definition televisions (HDTV) and use top quality panel grades that create the ultimate viewing experience," said Don Kwan, ITC's Director of Sales. He continued, "Consumers are rapidly adopting flat panel televisions (FPT) as they provide many benefits; FPT's are thinner and lighter than the traditional cathode ray tube (CRT) displays, have crystal clear images and offer substantial reduction in power consumption."

The demand for flat panel displays is expected to be strong as they replace low-priced CRT displays in many applications. Widespread international competition has increased supply and is driving down prices leading to greater consumer acceptance for LCD TV's. iSuppli Market Research Firm forecasts that the television market will grow to more than 200 million units by 2008, with nearly all of that growth in flat panel technologies.
