iTeknik Holding Corporation Posts FY 2009 Annual Report

COMMERCE, MI--(Marketwire - October 1, 2009) - iTeknik Holding Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ITKH), a leader and innovator in the telecommunications industry, today released its FY 2009 Annual Financial Statements for the period ending June 30, 2009.

--  Sales for the 12-month period ending June 30, 2009 were $12,881,502.
--  Gross profits for the year were at $248,635.
--  Operating loss for the year was $160,271.

Recently the Company announced that it would cease operations at its TeleCents Communications, Inc. subsidiary. TeleCents was a 214-licensed carrier that provided phone cards and wholesale phone services to independent regional phone service providers.
