Company Generates EBITDA of $138,697 in Second Quarter and Sales of $7.4 Million for the Six Months Ending December 31, 2007

COMMERCE, MI--(Marketwire - February 19, 2008) - iTeknik Holding Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ITKH), a leading provider of innovative worldwide telecommunication services, today released its consolidated financial statements for the six months ending December 31, 2007. These financials include the results of iTeknik's subsidiaries Send Global Corporation ( and TeleCents Communications, Inc.

--  Sales in the first half of FY 2008 were $7,454,740
--  Operating income in the second quarter increased to $110,048
--  Net income in the second quarter increased to $92,960
--  EBITDA for the six months ending December 31, 2007 was $121,630
--  Net cash increased by $206,853 in the three months ending December 31,
