iTeknik Holding Corporation to Cease Operations at Its TeleCents Subsidiary

COMMERCE, MI--(Marketwire - September 17, 2009) - iTeknik Holding Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ITKH) announced today that it will cease operations at its TeleCents Communications, Inc. subsidiary.

"With shrinking wholesale margins, a declining phone card market and our desire to minimize future negative cash flow impact, the Board of Directors has decided to cease TeleCents' operations," stated Fred Wicks, Chairman of the Board of iTeknik Holding Corporation.
