TCI Command Software Suite Provides Tools to Market and Manage Phone Services

TCI Command software, which has been in Beta testing, was developed from the Company's proprietary ANI Gateway software. The software suite allows customers to develop tailored rate tables, track sales of phone services and completely manage system usage. It also provides robust features such as fraud protection.
