Itiva Appoints Internet Media Veteran as President

Michel Billard, Ex-HP Exec, to Head New Web Video Company

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2006 -- Itiva Digital Media, developers of high definition video streaming technologies, has appointed Michel Billard to the post of President. Billard, whose director-level experience includes nearly 15 years at Hewlett-Packard, will lead the company's efforts in making Itiva's Quantum Streaming™ platform the industry standard for high quality Internet Video delivery.

Michel Billard is an entrepreneurial director with more than 15 years of experience in managing R&D, manufacturing and business development. Prior to joining Itiva, Michel most recently served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for HP-Digital Entertainment Services where he was responsible for identifying technologies for accelerating HP's market presence. He also led the development of the HP Linux-based Media Hub presented by former HP CEO Carly Fiorina in CES 2005. In 2003, Michel left HP for two years to join Apple Computer as Director of PowerBook Engineering where he introduced two generations of Aluminum PowerBooks. Michel Billard began his career at HP in 1991 in Grenoble, France, and later moved to Cupertino in 1999, where he became Director of Manufacturing for HP's NetServer division. Michel Billard received an EMA degree in France, an MSEE equivalent, and participated in INSEAD, an advanced management development program.
