ITNS Retains Scientific/Technology Consultant


IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Jan 17, 2012) - Itonis, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ITNS) today announced that the Company has retained David K. Liu, Ph.D. as a Scientific/Technology Consultant. His role will be to provide consulting services to senior management on a broad range of projects related to the ITNS portfolio of subsidiary companies.

Dr. Liu comes to Itonis with over 25 years of extensive experience in advanced magnetic materials, photochemistry, catalysis, analytical chemistry, air pollution control technologies, wastewater treatment technologies, and other areas of environmental science and technology. He holds a BA degree in Chemistry and Biology from Wesleyan University, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
